Fedex Guaranteed 48 Hour Delivery (UK) - FREE
Our standard delivery timescale is 48 hours (2 working days) for orders within the UK. This is a signed for and fully tracked service service that requires a signature to complete delivery. Not Just A Pretty Face will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.
Fedex Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK) - £5.99
Orders requiring Fedex Guaranteed Next Day Delivery must be placed before 2pm the previous day and will need a signature upon delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day. This is a fully tracked service and requires a signature to complete delivery. Next day delivery does NOT include weekend delivery or anything ordered after 2pm on a Thursday. Not Just A Pretty Face will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.
Special Saturday Delivery (UK) - £10.50
Orders requiring guaranteed Saturday delivery must be placed before 2pm on the Friday previous. Any items placed after this time will be shipped on the following Monday by next day delivery. This is a fully tracked service and requires a signature to complete delivery. Not Just A Pretty Face will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.
Standard International (Ireland) - £7.99
Our standard international delivery timescale is 3-5 working days for orders to Ireland. This is a signed for service that requires a signature to complete delivery. Not Just A Pretty Face will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.
Important Information
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by email to Sales@NotJustAPrettyFace.Online, otherwise claims cannot be accepted.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
We don’t deliver on Public Holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm on Thursdays will be shipped on Friday unless Saturday Delivery is selected. Our warehouse is closed over the weekend and so any orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
